I’m Vanessa, a Registered Psychotherapist passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges such as communication difficulties, codependency, infidelity, boundaries, and trust repair. I also help clients explore self-esteem, identity, life transitions, emotion regulation, perfectionism, panic, and imposter syndrome.

My journey into therapy grew from a deep interest in what lies beneath the surface - the parts of ourselves that need to be truly seen, heard, and understood. In my earlier community work, I sat with people during some of their hardest moments, which taught me how vital it is to feel uniquely supported and valued. Therapy feels like a natural extension of who I am: reflective, creative, and committed to holding space without judgment.

My approach is integrative, blending evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy (NT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Humanistic Therapy and more to tailor treatment to your unique needs.
